By accessing our site, downloading files, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Speed Squad LLC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or modify an order in the event of pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, or stock issues.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate billing and shipping information.

Custom Design Content Policy

Speed Squad LLC celebrates creativity, individuality, and community within the motorsports and RC hobby world. However, to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all customers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom design order that includes or promotes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind

• Content that is rude, vulgar, sexually explicit, or obscene

• Messages or imagery that promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activity

• Anti-Semitic, racist, or extremist symbols or statements

• Political campaign material or messages endorsing or attacking any political or religious belief

• Any other content that we, at our discretion, determine to be offensive, harmful, or inconsistent with the Speed Squad brand

All artwork and custom submissions are subject to review before production. If a design violates this policy, Speed Squad LLC will notify the customer and offer the option to revise or withdraw the order.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep Speed Squad a space that reflects respect, creativity, and the spirit of racing.

Ownership & Custom Design Rights

• All original product designs, templates, layouts, and images created by Speed Squad LLC are the exclusive property of Speed Squad LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
• Customers who submit their own artwork, logos, or design files (“Customer-Provided Designs”) retain ownership of those specific assets. By submitting any artwork or design to Speed Squad LLC, the customer affirms that they either own the rights to the materials or have obtained proper authorization for their use.
• By providing Customer-Provided Designs, the customer grants Speed Squad LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and incorporate such designs solely for the purpose of producing the requested custom products.
• Speed Squad LLC retains ownership of all proprietary product templates, design modifications, and any new creative elements added during the production process. The final assembled or printed product may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed for resale without prior written consent from Speed Squad LLC.
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of any Speed Squad LLC designs, images, or branded materials is strictly prohibited.

STL Files & Digital Products

• Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing STL files without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for equipment damage, malfunctions, or failed prints from use of files.
• Customers are solely responsible for safe printing and use.

Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are intended for radio-controlled and slot car hobby use only. Products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Customers are responsible for safe installation and proper use. Speed Squad LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse or modification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Squad LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent data. Limited sharing may occur with trusted providers strictly for order fulfillment and support.

Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, product designs, and STL files—is the intellectual property of Speed Squad LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, hosting, and analytics. Providers are bound by confidentiality and have limited access to customer information.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or internet outages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability & Non-Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

STL Usage Terms

License Grant

All STL files, whether free or paid, are provided by Speed Squad LLC under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Downloading or purchasing an STL file grants you permission to use the file solely for your own personal use. No ownership rights are transferred.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Download the STL file
• Print the file for your own personal use
• Use the printed item for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from Speed Squad LLC:

• Sell, resell, sublicense, lease, transfer, or redistribute the STL files in any form
• Upload, share, post, email, or otherwise distribute the files publicly or privately
• Share the files with friends, groups, clubs, online communities, or file-sharing services
• Sell, offer for sale, or commercially distribute physical items made from the files
• Use the files or printed items for commercial production or business purposes
• Modify, remix, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the files for resale, redistribution, or commercial use
• Claim the files or designs as your own
• Remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright, branding, licensing, or proprietary notices or restrictions

No Warranty

All STL files are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Speed Squad LLC makes no guarantees regarding print success, fitment, dimensional accuracy, compatibility, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability of printed items.

Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Printer setup and calibration
• Material selection
• Slicer settings and print orientation
• Testing, assembly, and post-processing
• Safe use of the file and any printed item

You are also responsible for determining whether a printed part is suitable for its intended application.

Assumption of Risk

By downloading, purchasing, printing, or using these files, you acknowledge that 3D printing and use of printed parts involve inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with the printing, handling, assembly, installation, and use or misuse of the files and any printed items.

Intellectual Property

All STL files, designs, graphics, product names, and related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Speed Squad LLC.
Downloading or purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the design or any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license granted above.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speed Squad LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the download, purchase, printing, use, misuse, or inability to use the STL files or any printed items, including but not limited to failed prints, damaged equipment, property damage, personal injury, or economic loss.

Termination

This license may be revoked immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the files and destroy any digital copies in your possession or control.

Changes to STL Terms

Speed Squad LLC reserves the right to update or modify these STL Usage Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued download, purchase, or use of the files after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, purchasing, or using any STL file from Speed Squad LLC, whether free or paid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these STL Usage Terms.
